sosautoparts.tn: search car parts by product, reference or vehicle, request a quote, find a mechanic or garage, and get delivery across Tunisia — in Arabic, French or English.
SOS Auto Parts began in 2013 as a small parts import operation in Tunis. The marketplace is that same business rebuilt as software.
What it does
- Search two ways — by product, type, brand or reference, or by your vehicle so you only see parts that fit.
- Quotes for anything specific or hard to find.
- Find a garage, and a dedicated space for mechanics on the platform.
- SOS help when a car breaks down.
- Delivery across Tunisia, with free delivery above a minimum basket.
- Three languages — Arabic, French and English.
The problem it solves
Buying a part in Tunisia used to mean phoning around until someone had it, at a price you couldn't compare. The marketplace replaces those calls with search, quotes and delivery — the kind of "boring" problem I wrote about in why boring businesses beat glamorous startups.
